Diagnostic Breast Imaging

Diagnostic Mammogram and/or Breast Ultrasound Preparation

• Do not apply deodorant, body powder or lotions on your underarms or around your breasts. These products can contain ingredients that will show up as artifacts on your exam.
• We are a fragrance free environment so please refrain from wearing perfume.
• Wear clothing that can be removed from the waist up. You will be given a gown to wear during the examination.
